Casino is a fast-paced, high energy game where you don’t know what’s going to happen next. The suspense of waiting for the next card or spin of the wheel keeps you on the edge of your seat and gives a rush like no other. And there’s always a chance that you could be the next big winner!

Casinos are designed to be exciting places where people can let loose and have fun. They usually have flashy decor, upbeat music and plenty of dining and entertainment options to keep guests engaged. They’re a great place to meet people and share a laugh, while testing their luck at games from poker to roulette.

While most casinos will have security on the floor to monitor games and patrons, they also have a more subtle approach to their security. Dealers follow certain patterns and can easily spot blatant cheating such as palming or marking cards. Table managers and pit bosses watch the tables with a more wide-angle view, looking for betting patterns that could indicate cheating as well as keeping track of how much money their tables are winning or losing.

While Casino does have some hellacious violence, it’s not really a story of heroism or redemption. It’s a story about greed and treachery, and while many of the characters do get their comeuppance in the end, there are no real good guys here. Ace, played by De Niro, is a likable enough character, but he’s not exactly a dashing underworld hero.
